The September Report Card ………   Leave a comment

Another impressive amount of views for Doommantia.Com, once again I would like to thank everyone who check out the site in the last month but I especially would like to thank the regular readers who keep coming back. Over half of all views are return visitors and we really appreciate all of you for being so loyal. In September we put up reviews of some really impressive albums by Dopefight, Pylon, Cough, The Re-Stoned, Noctum, Procession, Place Of Skulls, Agnes Vein, Blut, Sheavy, Hooded Priest, Black Mountain and Sahg to name just a few but it was also a busy month for interviews. We spoke to Dissolving Of Prodigy, Victor Griffin from Place Of Skulls, Sheavy, Spirit Descent, Source Of Deep Shadows, Sepulture Union, Peter Vicar and even yours truly got placed in the firing line for a interview. We did some features like the Sleep live review submitted from Justin from Doomsower and a feature on Electric Wizard. We also began a new feature titled “Get In The Ring”, the first article centered on the importance of Black Sabbath within the Doom Metal culture and community. In terms of stats, Doommantia.Com still gets around 50% of all its views from European countries proving once again that it is the home of Doom Metal, American views went down slightly but there was increased hits from Russia, Holland, France and Italy. Thanks to all of you that have helped us achieve this success by spreading the word, posting a link or placing the Doommantia crew on the thank-you lists on album art, we really appreciate the support………Doom On in October….Ed
